New Tashkent International Airport Project by Gulizar Mosaic
The New Tashkent International Airport is one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in Uzbekistan’s modern history. Officially launched by the President of Uzbekistan, the development spans over 1,300 hectares and is being implemented in multiple phases, with the first phase estimated at $2.5 billion. The project brings together international partners from Saudi Arabia, Japan, and South Korea, reflecting its global significance.
For Gulizar Mosaic, this development represents another major milestone and one of our largest and most important projects to date.
As part of this landmark project, our team was entrusted with the design and execution of bespoke mosaic works across several key interior spaces, including:
- The main meeting room
- A dedicated hall for men
- A dedicated hall for women
Each of these spaces was approached individually, with a distinct artistic concept and level of detailing. Our goal was to ensure that every environment reflects its unique purpose while maintaining a unified sense of elegance and cultural identity.
From intricate floral compositions to refined ornamental patterns, we delivered three differentiated levels of mosaic craftsmanship, carefully adapted to the architectural vision and functional requirements of each hall. Every piece was handcrafted with precision, combining traditional techniques with modern standards of durability and finish.
This project highlights our ability to operate at scale while maintaining exceptional attention to detail—delivering customized artistic solutions for complex, high-profile environments.
Being part of the New Tashkent International Airport is not only a testament to our craftsmanship, but also a reflection of the trust placed in Gulizar Mosaic to contribute to projects of national and international importance.
