The center is being built in accordance with the presidential decree of June 23, 2017. On the day of Ramadan Hayit 2018 holiday, the Head of our state laid the foundation stone of the center.
The majestic building of the center consists of three floors and is made in the style of ancient architectural monuments. The traditional dome and facade, a unique combination of national ornaments give it a special beauty and grandeur. On four sides of the complex there are 34-meter high portals, and in the center there is a 65-meter high dome.
