Gulizar was established in 2015 in Uzbekistan — a country whose cities, Samarkand, Bukhara, and Tashkent, are lined with some of the most extraordinary tilework ever created. Our founders grew up surrounded by this heritage and set out to carry it into the present.

We are not a factory. We are a studio of master artisans who have devoted their working lives to a single medium. Every panel we produce begins with a conversation, passes through skilled hands, and ends as something permanent — a piece that outlasts the moment it was made for.
